We admit mistakes can and will occur in the client/vendor relationship. Generally we will do what ever it takes to correct any problem(s) the customer may have with what we provide at The Cruiser Company. We do, however, have some stipulations and conditions that must be met before any refund will be credited.
First please sure you inspect the part once it has arrived and examine it for any type of damage. If there is damage please make note of it and refer it to the shipper's attention. If no damage is apparent yet the part is still not what you need please contact me, inform me of the reason for the return and get a Return Authorization number.
The part must be returned in the condition it left us in and to limit the possibility of fraud we photo every part. In addition the part must be returned in the original manufacturer's container. Our return address is 17601 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR. 72210.
Any returns after 30 days from date of purchase can be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent.
Unfortunately we cannot accepts returns on most used parts so when you order a used part make sure we have the correct information regarding year, make and model. We inspect every used electrical part for proper operation before they are packed up which means we will not refund used electrical parts unless it is the wrong application... then oops we had a breakdown in communication and I will gladly help there.
Basically I'm too damn busy to care about sending your email addresses, credit card and personal information to other people. I have way more on my plate than I care to discuss so suffice it to say it will never happen.
